Make sure you get enough sleep! Bella dog is demonstrating how to rest. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day, so your body gets used to it. Get out side and exercise. Fresh air and sunlight are good for you. Stay hydrated, like this puppy is doing. Brush your teeth everyday!
